HackNSU is  competition of idea, innovation and technology that brings together participants from across the country to join in the 8 hours long festivity of building, collaboration and fun. This is aimed to empower students to push their limits, exercise their knowledge in practical field, learn and create within a friendly and welcoming environment.

For HackNSU 2019, the tentative problem sectors to be addressed are two:
1. Issues of Dhaka city in context for a healthier city life
2. Usual academic and institutional issues for Undergraduate students of Bangladesh and how to solve those.

• Novelty of Idea
  20% of the total marks - How unique the idea is in terms of existing technology/substituting elements of the idea?
• Prototype Building
  20% of total marks - How much the proposed plan is reflected through the prototype and how progressive it is?
• Feasibility of Plan
  20% of total marks - How much realistic is the proposed plan in terms of real life application?
• Field of Application and Impact
  30% of total marks. - The prototype/plan addresses which problem/issue. And how much impact the proposed plan can bring in the related problem.
• Business Model
  10% of total marks -The business model of the proposed plan, the estimated cost of the product and cost-effectiveness application of the proposed plan.
